Wedding Show

I helped out at the Wedding Show today it was such a different experience, having to talk people into going to the shop and recommended, people from other stands were really nice to, you just ended up talking to someone and they were all helpful.
I was expecting just to see wedding dresses but its not its everything to do with weddings. I managed to get to have a look around, its interesting and is a good opportunity to build up contacts.

Prepartion For Pavilion Wedding Show

After a working day at Mojgans we had to prepare what we were going to take to the Pavillion Wedding show. Having a bit of fun with dressing up on the way. We took 8 dresses including one menswear suit, and managed amazingly to fit most of the mannequins in my tiny KA!!!

When at the pavillion it was so posh inside we were based inside the ballroom there was quite a bit going on, we found our stand but it wasn't as big aas it was supposed to be. It was a long and tiring day but interesting to see how an exhibition is set up.

Catch Up on Summer

Ok i admit i got a bit behind on my blog. I have literally been working pretty much full time at Mojgans which is doing my sewing skills a whole lot of good=]
I have learnt so much and have even been asked to help out in the BIC wedding show this weekend and also the London wedding show on the 2nd october can't wait=] I'm getting soo many opportunities=]

June

Ok in June the whole of the first years had to help out at the FdA/BA Fashion Show and O M G it was such a long and tiring day, however the experience is good for me plus you get to see what other students get up to.

The model i was dressing, Catherine was lovely and was always saying thank you lol which is nice than having a grumpy model.

Doing this really made me want to start my collection now it gave me sooo much inspiration and the atmosphere though stressful was great=]
